Usage data: Pages visited, features used, alert interactions, and regulatory source subscriptions.

Subscription preferences: Jurisdictions, AI system types, alert channels, and digest frequency settings you configure.

Payment information: Payment details are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Monitor regulatory sources and deliver personalized alerts
  • Process subscriptions and payments
  • Send regulatory change notifications and service updates
  • Maintain audit trails for compliance purposes

  • Supabase — Database hosting and authentication
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Vercel — Application hosting and analytics
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery
  • Firecrawl — Regulatory source web scraping
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered classification and summarization of regulatory changes

Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy governing data handling. We select providers that meet appropriate security standards.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics collects anonymized, cookie-free page view data.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
  • Row-Level Security (RLS) for multi-tenant data isolation
  • Secure authentication via Supabase Auth
  • Tamper-resistant audit logging

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Regulatory change history and audit logs are retained based on your subscription tier. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. AI-Generated Intelligence Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to classify, summarize, and assess the severity of regulatory changes. AI-generated summaries and classifications are provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. They do not constitute legal advice. You should independently verify any regulatory change before making compliance decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data promptly.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
