Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Verifli RegWatch platform (“Service”), operated by VERIFLI PTE. LTD. (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Description of Service

Verifli RegWatch is an AI regulatory intelligence and monitoring platform that provides:

• Regulatory Monitoring — Automated scraping and tracking of AI-related regulatory sources across multiple jurisdictions
• AI-Powered Classification — Automated analysis and plain-language summaries of regulatory changes using artificial intelligence
• Personalized Alerts — Email and Slack notifications for regulatory changes relevant to your subscribed sources

The Service provides regulatory intelligence and AI-generated summaries. It does not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals for legal compliance decisions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Notify us immediately at dm@verifli.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers tiered subscription plans (Watcher, Monitor, Sentinel) with a 14-day free trial. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks or other abusive activities
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service
• Upload malicious content or interfere with other users

6. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of VERIFLI PTE. LTD. Reports, alerts, and data generated through your use of the Service belong to you. Our monitoring technology, AI classification algorithms, and platform code remain our property.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Verifli does not guarantee that use of the Service will ensure legal compliance or prevent regulatory penalties. AI-generated summaries and classifications are for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
